According to an article in the hindu , a GO  ration card is a sufficient income proof of income certificate. So , if you have GO  ration card , you can also carry it for counselling

You have to present both residence certificate (domicilie certificate) and income certificate in GPAT counselling 2019 otherwise may be you have to face the problem.You have to arrange income certificate by any how .You can also call in the toll free number given in the official website so that they can help you if there is a substitute of income certificate.
