As you may kknow the counselling for NEET 2020 is supposed to start from 27th October so you do not have to wait a day before payment is made since 27th is a tuesday and net banking will be working that day. Also, net banking and payment via debit/credit card mode is easier and faster hence it is given as an option by mcc.
