No, it’s unnecessary to send your documents via offline mode after filling the IIFT form. In the online portal itself, you can fill in the details and upload your sized photograph. Do make sure to upload your details correctly there. In case, you make a mistake and finally submit it, it can’t be rectified. The offline procedure starts after you convert-call from IIFT.

You do not have to send documents to IIFT as such after filling the application form.

You are only required to upload you digital photograph and signature in the prescribed format after payment of application fee. This is the fourth step of filling the application form.
