Hi Priyanka First question first. No, NEET is not required for admission to Nursing or Pharmacy courses. Institutions or states or universities conduct their own entrance level exams for Nursing and Pharmacy admissions.
For Nursing, AIIMS New Delhi conduct AIIMS Nursing exam for admission to B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing courses in seven AIIMS institutes. The application forms for AIIMS Nursing entrance exam are likely to be released in the month of March 2018. Besides AIIMS, JIPMER also conducts entrance exam for admission to B.Sc. Nursing. JIPMER application form for nursing are likely to release in the month of June 2018. Both AIIMS and JIPMER are good instituions in terms of infra and faculty for pursuing nursing. Besides, AIIMS and JIPMER, various state level and institution level entrance exams for nursing are also conducted. You may check them on their respective official websites.
For Pharma, states and institutions conduct their own examinations for admission to pharma institutions. You can check their websites or brochrues for information on participating colleges and entrance exams. Also, you may check careers360 article for knowing about some good Pharmacy colleges in India and then surf their respective websites.
