Hi prajwal,
yes it is possible to take admission in any state you want. But you cannot appear for state counseling as it requires you to have state domicile.
You can get admission through All India Quota, Or can get a private college seat. Anyway, you can easily get admission but the only constraint is it wont be through state quota counseling.
