it is saying that my tseamcet fee is not debited and payment Id is not generated.what can i do now for admit card.

Hope you are doing good in this pandemic situation. You don't need to worry as this is a common technical problem.
Solution to this is you will have to try again. But always remember that keep screenshot of of every single transaction that you make and keep it safe because this will be a proof that you made a payment.
Try again submiting the fees, that will solve the problem.
