I think class 11th is the backbone of your future studies, but now as you say you waste most of your time then, study thoroughly the topics I mentioning below for particular subject.
(A) Physics
1. Units and measurement, kinematics, laws of motion. (Approx 18 marks)
2. Work, energy and power , motion of system of particles and rigid body (approx 12 marks)
3. Thermodynamics , it's a very important topic for your future studies (approx 7 marks)
4. Ossilation and waves( approx 10 marks)
(B) Maths
1. Sets and Function (approx 23 marks)
2. Algebra, it's the most scoring topic in class 11th maths ( approx 30 marks)
3. Coordinates geometry and statistics and probability, it is interesting and easy topics and you score full marks ( approx 18)
(C) Chemistry
1.chemical bonding, States of matter, chemical thermodynamics and equilibrium (approx 20 marks)
2.organic chemistry,. Hydrocarbons, and environmental chemistry ( approx 15 marks)
3. Structure of atoms, redox reaction, hydrogen (approx 12 marks)
As you ask for important topic with there weightage.... I provide it to you.
But in my opinion you have to go through whole subject once.
