Yes,ITER college is a private college.It comes under Siksha O' Anusandhan Deemed to be university.In a recent survey named Times engineering ranking survey ITER ranked 23 all over India.

Yes, ITER is a private engineering college, earlier it belonged under deemed university of SOA university, but now it not deemend university, Institute of Technical Education and Research is engineering college in Bhubaneswar, to get admission in engineering JEE main marks are accepted here, the ownership of university is private.
