Hello,
First of all the eligibility criteria of UPSC is simply passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, you can apply even in the final year, there is no such specific aggregate requirement in this case, see if you're asking this question in reference to the fact that the course structure of BSc Yoga can be helpful in preparation part as in terms of overlap with the syllabus, then the answer is no, the syllabus of UPSC primarily consists of history/geography/economics/political science etc, to appear in UPSC there is no such restriction of belonging to specific stream, and the same thing also applies when it comes to qualifying the exam, the reason being if you look at past years toppers, they come from as diverse background as that of engineering/medical/science/commerce etc, the choice of graduation subject is very vital, and your interest in the same is imperative, if you're interested in exploring yoga and want to have a career in the same, it's a good back up plan, and UPSC is highly competitive exam, and it's good to have a back-up plan also, the rest is up to you, but remember that it's not stream selection at 10+2 or graduation level that lead to success in UPSC but it's personal attributes of single minded focus, dedication and perseverance which remains the same for all aspirants and these only help one lead to success in the exam.
