Even I have the same problem,but bad news bro.i called the helpline and they said there isn't going to be any correction window this year.I don't know what to do.

Hello,

The correction window for NEET exam will open from 14th January, 2019 and closes on 31st January, 2019.

Then you can correct your mistake in the form.

The facility for NEET PG application form correction has already started from 7-dec and is till the 14th December. You can visit the official site.. then enter your registration number and password, click on option correction link and then you can make the required changes.
