See, the official date for result declaration is known only to the conducting authorities and can be known through the official notification usually released just before the results. Now, the predicted date which you are referring to is predicted based on previous year trends as we cannot know the accurate date and time. Usually, the results for MP STAGE 1 is released in last week of January and so you get the tentative dates. However, if the results are delayed due to some technical or unspecified reasons, the accurate date is only known to the SCERTs. According to many reports, the tentative date for release of NTSE STAGE 1 MP results was around the fourth week of January, however, due to some unspecified reasons, the results haven't been declared as yet. So, you should be in constant touch with the official website for any information regarding the same.

Also, in addition to the results, the SCERT will also provide cutoff marks for Stage 2 and only those candidates will be allowed to sit in STAGE 2 exam who will qualify the cutoff for STAGE 1.
