Hey Harshit,
Hope you're doing well. Bcom honours is one of the most preferred degree course taken up by a lot of students in DU. If you're going for a regular college, you'll have to meet the attendance criteria which varies college to college. Yes, you can go for an alternative course like a certificate course in language on weekends in 1st year or whenever it suits you. Infact, a lot of colleges in DU offer many short term courses which you can pursue along with your regular course.

So...this year how do i go for foreign language and from when....because i have taken admission yesterday in b.com hons
There are two options, either to go for private institutes or opt a college which offers courses in language which is affiliated by university. A lot of colleges offer certificate, diploma and advanced diploma course in different languages. As soon as possible, try for Hindu college. It offers German, French, etc. Stephen's college also offers many language courses but the admissions have been closed for this year. Gargi College offers Spanish and German. Hansraj college also offers many certificate courses and the application form has to be collected from college itself. There are many other colleges as well. You can choose weekend, weekdays, or time that suits you.
