its my neet 2021 exam day after tomorrow i have henna on my index finger do they require index finger impression on attendance sheet or thumb impression pls reply as soon as possible

First of all, all the very best for your exam.
In the attendance sheet you only require to give your left thumb impression. No other finger impression is required.
You will also be required to give your signature on the attendance sheet.
