You cannot get cs branch at Kiet but you can get electrical mechanical or civil branch there. You can get it branch in round 2 or round 3 by considering the previous year cutoff.

I am a student of IET Lucknow . I would suggest you to join IET and get your branch upgraded in internal sliding . There are two rounds of internal sliding . I got my branch upgraded from EI to IT in internal sliding. My roomie with 18000 general rank also got his branch upgraded to IT
