I believe the Direct Admission Policy is only for Toppers of respective Central or State Boards.
If you are a State Topper of Bihar Board you can apply under that scheme and you dont have to appear for BITSAT.
Otherwise you may require applying for the BITSAT Exam to secure admission in B.E. at any of the three campuses of BITS Pilani at Pilani, Goa or Hyderabad, subject to your score im BITSAT. However for further Counselling process, your aggregate score in PCM/PCB in XIIth board should be more than 75%.
According to current trends a score above 300/450 is considered safe for admission in one of the Standard branches across campuses, however cutoffs of many Courses like Civil Engineering or Integrated MSc. Dual Degree Courses in Chemistry or Biological Sciences, are as low as 260-280.

Hello aspirant !
To get a direct admission in BITSAT, candidate must have a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT) in 12th examination.
But according to your marks it is a bit hard to acquire an admission in BITSAT.
Hope this information helps you.
Good luck.
Hi.
To apply directly in BITs, a candidate needs to be a topper in their respective board exams, in science stream. Which means, that if you have the highest marks in board examinations for your year, then only you can apply for direct admissions. Since the highest marks in Bihar Boards for 2020 is 474/500, you cannot apply for direct admissions in BITs.
Good Luck
