Hello,
Yes, there are universities like University of Hyderabad, Guru Nanak Dev University(Amritsar) which offers an exit option after completion of bachelor's degree while pursuing integrated MSc course and candidates are accordingly awarded the bachelor's degree only, so prior to applying for any university you must check out the eligibility criteria, if the eligibility criteria of any competitive exams specifies to have passed bachelor's degree then definitely you will be eligible to apply for the same after completion of graduation, however the subject stream or combinations may differ as in case of CDS, for OTA/IMA any bachelor's degree from a recognized university is accepted however for INA BTech or BE is required and for AFA bachelor's degree in any discipline but having maths and physics at 10+2 level or BTech/BE is applicable, also if you're so eager to appear for these competitive exams then you should consider pursuing graduate degree only, if you don't want to go for higher studies after bachelor's degree then there is no point in pursuing integrated MSc course, anyway it's completely your own decision as I said prior to applying for any university go through the eligibility criteria and accordingly decide what you want to do, in case you want to keep more options available then go for the complete duration of integrated MSc Course, you will be eligible for all competitive exams based on the eligibility criteria of graduation, and also if you have interest to pursue a career in research/academia then you may appear for CSIR NET to qualify JRF or lectureship, or you can appear for SETs at state level to become assistant professor, many PSUs also recruit based on qualifying CSIR NET.
