Top B-schools consider a lot of factors and assign weights to each while sending out calls. The criteria could vary significantly across institutes, which are not revealed. Some parameters include your educational scores, work experience, professional and extracurricular activities. Colleges focus on all of these. I hope you had filled out application forms of instititutes carefully.
