I've been always doubted on the fee structure amrita universities, i've checked out on the google its been like 13LPA Is it combined with hostel and the mess fee or else it's only for the tution fee?

i just wanna know that the both the tution and hostel fee are making up the amount of 13LPA , for suppose i've got a seat amrita university, banglore campus and my fee is decided as like 12, 500 for total 4 years..is it all combined fee for both the tution and hostel or else it is the only the fee which have to be paid for the tution purpose
