I've been living in Rajasthan since 5 years, Ive taken class 10 and 12 exams (CBSE) from the state. Also my father owns a house in Rajasthan. Am I eligible for state domicile?

Since you have mentioned that you are residing in Rajasthan for 5 years, then You are not eligible for State Domicile in Rajasthan. this is because the state Eligibility criteria says that a person must be the resident of Rajasthan for a minimum of 10 years to be eligible for State Domicile certificate.

The Eligibility Criteria for State Domicile Certificate says that :

• The applicant should be a resident of Rajasthan for a minimum of 10 years.
• Female applicants can apply for the certificate if they marry a person from Rajasthan.
• Female applicants who are not residents of the State should be married to a person who issues Bonafide Certificate in Rajasthan.

Further, You'll have to file an application for obtaining Domicile Certificate to the Tehsildar /Sub Divisional Officer, who would after verification of documents indicating 10 year stay in the state of rajasthan would issue the domicile certificate.
