I've been trying to upload my class 10th passing certificate fot neet but whenever I do try to upload the pdf file the pop-up shows with "Please upload a valid pdf file." What should I do about this? Please help me, it's urgent.

In addition to fulfilling specified requirements by nta if issue still persists even after reducing size of document or compression as specified, it is most probably due to Document File Name contains some characters like " - , _ , ' , " , ... so on" which are not accepted in application for uploading purposes. So, keep file name involving only alphabets.

Try shortening the file name to something like NEET_certificate.png
Also, make sure you are uploading the PDF format of the document with size range 30 KB to 300 KB

Take a scanned picture of your 10th certificate in jpg format itself and then,
convert the jpg picture into pdf using any jpg to pdf converter. And then try uploading.It should resolve the issue. You won't neet to reduce the size .

This is happening because you must not be uploading the certificate in prescribed format, the are some specifications prescribed by National Testing Agency and only in the same format you should upload your certificate in NEET UG 2022 Application form otherwise it will not be accepted.
Those specifications are :-
