You also cannot claim benefits to the options you haven't chosen. So if you have selected NO for NCL certificate, you will be considered as OBC-CL and it is unfortunately too late to claim any NCL benefits at the time of counselling and admission. Because the merit list is prepared based on what details you have given in the application form and that stands final.
