Yes, you are eligible to appear for NEET UG 2020.And your code will be 2.Code 2 says that a candidate who have studied for a period of 12 years appeared for higer secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or its equivalent must opt for code 2. You must have studied 10+2 with Biology/Bio-technology, Physics, Chemistry and English.

According to nta neet the minimum age limit is 17 and maximum 25. The candidate above 25 can also fill the neet form but they are provisionally permitted it means their candidature will depend on the outcome of supreme court.

If you are between the age limit 17-25 then there is no problem for you to apply to NEET exam.

To decide the code I will advice you to go through chapter 4 if the information brochure and carefully read the section 4.4 qualification and qualifying examination codes.
