I've completed graduation this year but have compartment in one subject which will be cleared this year. can i apply for cat 2018

Yes, you can apply. However, you should not have any back in any subject at the time of admission as you would need to submit all the academic documents/certificates stating that you have completed the Bachelor’s degree with required marks.
