I am in the same situation....
Based on my research, in 2018 students of this case were given admission... But the case is still pending and subjected to the hearing by High court.. In 2020 ,the final verdict will decide regarding the admission.

Dear Alok, to be eligible for NEET, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects in 10+2  and not Biology as a Single subject. Irrespective of the board you will complete your Biology from, because it hasnt been your core subject in 10+2, you cannot be eligible for NEET.
