You should talk to the maths teacher in your school, a research paper is very difficult to write in class 11th without proper guidance. The teacher might have some contacts in a university they can connect you with. You would need someone to not only claim for the credibility of your paper and research outputs, but also for the general writing format of the paper.
If this doesn't work, you could create an account on LinkedIn, connect with academicians or people who have experience in writing publications, and if they are ready to guide you, you are good to go! Please ensure the authenticity of the person before giving them full details of your work, you would not want your content to be plagiarized!
