Since you mentioned that you are interested in photography and IAF , i have given information on some of the best college's of photography and the opportunities thereafter. As you know photography is an art and if you have the interest for it and have the will to work in this field,  you can learn and develop your skills to become a full-time photographer earning from something that you are interested to do.

The top colleges for photography courses in India are :

1. Light and Life Academy India :
*It offers PG diploma  in proffessional photography, if you have a graduate degree then you are eligible for this.
* It also has diploma in travel and nature photography.you must have minimum 15 years of formal education or 12 years of formal education with experience.
The courses range from ₹ 300000 to ₹6,00,000.

2. Jawaharlal Nehru  Architecture and Fine arts University :
You must appear for an entrance exam to join the courses.

*They offer a bachelor degree in fine arts photography for a duration of four years.

* There is a 2 year master degree of  photography.

3. Asian Academy of film and television:
* It offers a 3 month duration programme in Still Photography and Journalism. This is a full-time course and fee. Entrance exam is conducted for the course.

4. Osmania University, Hyderabad :
* They offer a three year duration BFA (Photography) course. Aspirants can secure admission in this course basis their performance in Aptitude Test conducted by the college.

4.National Institute of Photography:
They offer courses in

The fee is around one lakh. You must have passed a minimum education of class 10 to be eligible for this course.

5.AJ Kidwai Mass Communication Research Center, New Delhi offers a pg diploma in still photography.

With such degree ,you can pursue photography for advertising ,in the film and fashion industry . There is also opportunity in the field of nature photography and wildlife photography .

When it comes to IAF, I presume it is Indian Air Force that you're referring to and  for that ,you can join two branches. There is no greater sevice then serving our nation and if your interest lies in this field, then there are many services which you can join after your degree.
There are branches that you can apply after graduation in Science .

Flying Branch:
Selected candidates have to undergo training at the Air Force Academy. They will be trained to fly Fighter planes, Helicopter, Transportation Aircraft etc belonging to the IAF.

You can apply through NCC, combined defense services entry where both are for men only .
If you apply through SSC (Short Service Commission),Candidates must hold B.Sc. Degree  in any Discipline from a recognized University. Candidates must also have undergone 10+2 Science stream schooling with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects with 60% in graduation. You also must adhere to physical and medical standards to be eligible.

Ground duty branch

To join the Ground Duty Branch as an Officer, one has to appear for AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) conducted by the IAF, clear it and then go on and clear SSB Interview and Medical examination. For females,the only option to join the service is through the Short service commission. The several branches in ground duty are :
