Hello,
as per NTA guideline there is not limit in the part of age and you have 3 attempts to appear JEE.
Each year JEE main is conducted twice one during January month and other is april month. You can appear for both and both will be taken as one attempt. Like this you have 3 attempts.
For being eligible to appear JEE advance you have to clear JEE Main with good marks, ranks and percentile so that you can come into the reserved number ketp by NTA to attend JEE ADV.
You have to prepare accordingly and take the test. First and foremost you have to clear your 12th. So do that then prepare accordingly and give your best in JEE and get an admission in any good college or institute.
Hope it helps!
