Well all of this information can certainly be used to find out your result and specifically use it for their advertisement purposes by claiming your result. Other than that you need not worry because they do not have access to your email or cannot receive any otp from mobile number . Also during counselling of JOSAA you set a unique password which is used during the entire process. I will suggest you to keep that password confidential otherwise people can alter your application.
