Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in a college with 1,00,000 rank. In 2020 the last rank with which a candidates secured admission in a college was 86,00,00 approximately. This year the total number of available seats are approximately 91,000 under convener and management quota. So, with the rank that you have secured it is quite difficult to get admission in a college this year. You may have to take a year off or get admission in any college. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

It is very difficult to predict the actual cutoff of different colleges as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. Based on previous few years trends and cutoff it is hard to get colleges. I suggest you sit for the exam once more with better preparation.
