Have you wrote your rank correctly?
If it is 11k, then this is Okk. But if you got that rank what have you written then it's not possible. You can't get any streams their.
VIT UNIVERSITY Previous year CUTOFFS :
ME : 19500
ME(Automotive Engineering) : 12300
ME(Energy Engineering) : 20000
