I've got 114 in NEET and 66% In 12 cbse board and I'm OBC(NCL).. am I eligible for admission in PDU Medical college ?

With 66percent you are eligible. But you have to wait and see what rank you are getting. For OBC Candidates ranks upto 5000 are taken till 2nd round counseling at PDU university.
