I've got 120125 rank in TS EAMCET, can I get admission in one of the top 15 BTech colleges in telangana for CSE stream ?

No, with this rank it is not possible to get a seat. Your rank is very high.
You can check it on college predictor tool for TSEAMCET to check it once.

I will suggest you to try for state counsellings. Also, some colleges accept JEE MAINS score, you can try with your JEE MAINS score too.
