As you did not provide your category considering as oc,
With 13k its very difficult to get seat in veterinary, agriculture or horticulture government seat based on last year cut offs.
You may get bpharmacy seat in

These cuts offs are of last year and are subject to Change depending on difficulty of paper and number of students who attended the counseling.
