You are eligible for counselling after qualifying minimum percentile which is 701- 134 for UR category. So you can definitely apply for bds and bams counselling. It is difficult to tell you the exact chances of getting a seat as cutoff changes every year. Your chances may increase with reservation category and with having a domicile of a state for which you are applying for.
