I've got 1903 rank and 28 marks in IIT JAM PHYSICS 2020 and I belong to EWS catagory. Is there any chance of me getting NIT Hamirpur/Jalandhar or any other NIT?

As per the previous year third round closing rank, You should have decent chance to get NIT Hamirpur & NIT Jalandhar. You can check your other NITs cutoff to go through with the given below link.
