hey Deepak , your score seems to be very less to secure a goverment seat in any college for BAMS course . As this years cut off went very high that even a student scoring 500 is worried about his MBBS college ,so you can think of BAMS .You must have scored above 300 to get a decent goverment BAMS college and since you belong to general category so it will be very obvious that you are going to face difficulty with this score.

The chances of getting a government seat with 273 marks are somewhat low, as most government colleges require at lease 500+ marks, even considering your category and state quota.
