Hello,
Hope you are doing good .
Yes you have a chance to get into private colleges based on previous years cutoff for government quota seats for BDS, but it will be difficult to get into Government colleges.
Below I have mentioned the BDS colleges that had a cutoff score lesser than the score you got(for unreserved category) under the government quota:
1.Desh Bhagat Dental College & Hospital, Mandi Gobindgarh: 272
2. Genesis Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Ferozepur: 119
3.Guru Nanak Dev Dental College & Research Institute, Sunam: 120
4. Luxmi Bai Institute of Dental Sciences & Hospital, Patiala: 326
5. National Dental College & Hospital, Gulabgarh: 330
6. Rayat Bahra Dental College, Mohali: 135
7. Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha Dental College & Hospital, Ludhiana: 343
Sukhmani Dental College & Hospital, Derabassi: 119
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. So do try.
