You have almost no chances of getting the govt. medical institutes as per the marks because in govt. medical college you must hvave scored 510+ marks. In karnataka the maximum rank for the OBC candidate is 9345 with the marks 541 in ESIC medical college, Gulbarg and in dental college the rank is 15684 with the marks 517 in ESIC gulbarg. In Tamilnadu also the maximum rank for the govt. medical college is 7990 with the marks 548 and for the dental college the mraks are 500+. So you have to go for the private college if you want to pursue the medical courses. So I advise you to go for the counselling rounds and fill your choices with the private colleges and confirm your admissions. As you have qualified the exam you can get the admission in private colleges in karnataka or tamilnadu.
