In 2018, under State Quota, 494 marks secured a rank of 23913 and secured a seat in Bankura Sammilani Medical College under OBC-B Category. Going by your rank, you have a decent chance at Bankura Sammilani and Burdawan Medical College. But if we have to go by the marks, you have a fair chance at most Government Medical colleges in West Bengal except for Kolkata Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. I don't think marks matters..in my opinion rank will decide the college keeping in the mind that bengal students appearing for neet 2019 has increased a lot

Well you are saying on the basis by comparing my marks with last year cutoff marks which in my opinion it does not justify that I've chance of getting all the college you mentioned above
