Coming to ur question as you haven't mentioned your category and your state (domicile) so it would be difficult to predict exactly your college based on your marks.
However with this marks you can totally sure to get a decent govt medical college in many states.
You can also apply through your state quota to get a govt seat.
However, the closing ranks keeps on changing every year n this yr its going to be higher as predicted. So I would suggest you to go for counseling process.

Dear seeing the makrs one can predict which college you will get admission in . Admission depends on number of criterias like Number of candidates applied for seats being it through states qouta or AIQ, Cut off of respective category, Number of seats in a college.
I would like to congrats you, you have scored really good.You should apply for AIQ counselling for sure.
For UR the cut off set is 520 plus ,for OBC 490 plus , for SC :350 plus and for ST:300 plus for MBBS and BDS seats .
NOTE: These are all assumed/expected cut off.
You have excellent chances of getting the admission .Do apply for a seat through state qouta too.A seat is waiting for you,grab it and be the awesome doctor.
