Dear Sharon, you have to decide which University you would like to pursue BPT from and check their admission process. Because every University has its own admission process. Few Universities conduct admissions based on merit scored in 10+2 while few Universities conduct their own entrance examination for admission. So its important to check the University you want to take admission in.
