I've got 71.8% in cbse 12th, and expecting around 210 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2. Does NIOS will help me in acheiving 75% in current year?

If you want to go for NIOS then you can but getting above 75% depends totally on you. As per your score provided your JEE Main paper 2 rexpected rank comes between 5730 to 6730.
