I've got 90 number out of 150 in my ugat BA exam for SC category...should I get the university campus? Or should coucelling be there?

The number i.e. marks that you get decides the rank you hold in the merit list. If your rank is far behind the total number of seats that the University of Allahabad offers for the Bachelor of Arts courses then the chances of your getting a seat is nigh not possible. But if your rank is below 100 then you have an almost sure chance of admission. You should attend the counselling then.
