Hello student,

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, then with a rank of 4275 the chances of procuring a seat in IHM Goa is less when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing rank for IHM Goa was around 2,100 in the first counseling. May be if you wait, you can get in the third round. But you can get into IHM's other than Goa too. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
