Hi,

If you got allotted a seat in one medical college you can leave the college and participate in subsequent round of counselling to get another college. But according to rules and regualtion if you are allotted a seat in second round you cannot vacate it.

If if you take admission in college , and Want to change to other college after counselling is over you cannot do it. And you might need to pay some fine in case you leave college after a given period of time.

I hope this helps.
