I've got an email from nta that i should upload my photo with name and date with a white background.......... I've uploaded it with name and date but with a blue background ......will it affect my application .....pls answer me as soon as possible ........

Hi Aspirant,
Sorry to say but the correction window for JEE-Main April session has been closed on 12th March 2020. You might have received the mail earlier before 12th March 2020 so reply them for further information.
You need not to worry because this issue does not leads to the rejection of your application form.
