I've got one backlog in diploma... Will i be eligible for counselling through DCET??? How will they provide my ranking?? I've scored well and I've also applied for revaluation for the one subject with backlog

No, you wont be eligible because the eligibility criteria requires a candidate to must have passed diploma or equivalent exam from a recognized institution with minimum 45% marks in 5th and 6th semester combined. However, the minimum percentage marks for SC/ST candidates is 40%.
