I've heard a lot about autonomous colleges that the evaluation process contains partiality and favouritism? Is that true ?

Hi Annie,
The problem for which you are talking can be there for some selected or specified colleges but it can't be true if we talk in General. If any college is Autonomous simply means that all the study curriculum and exam dates are to be decided independently by that college only.
