Both are good, also depends on which college you get into.

If you need a general comparison of the two, DU will have more diversity as students from all over the country join it whereas IPU has more Delhi/NCR centric students so less diverse. DU comes under the central government and hence fees are nominal. Also IPU would be good if only you get into the main campus whereas the rest of the colleges under IPU do not have the same infrastructure as a DU Colleges.

Both the universities are highly reputed. However from an academic's point of view, especially when it comes to professional courses like BBA, IPU is considered to be better.
