I've missed a medical seat by 5k AIQ in first round of Karnataka counselling, can I get a seat in second round??

Hello!!
You may or may not get seat in second counselling. As the probability is less because you are 5k ranks behind. But still you can try your level best. If you get seat that's well and good. But the chances are less. You may get some other college or private college in such case.
